Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for stays at D Ashu Stay in Srinagar.

1. Flexible Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any standard payment gateway transaction fees.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment source.
